The Villa must be returned in the state of check-in. Otherwise, a supplement may be charged to the customer.
The owner requires a deposit for 2000 euros
Booking conditions:
Deposit debited when booking 40%
2nd deposit 45 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount of the reservation
Method of payment accepted for installments: Bank transfer or cash
Method of payment accepted on site during your stay: Cash
The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site
Cancellation conditions and fees:
Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by e-mail to the agency
The cancellation conditions apply with reference to the local time of the Country
The reservation deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation.
