Villa Rules:
• Respect for the Premises: Please treat the villa and its furnishings with respect. Any damage or loss of items will be charged.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Ashtrays are available outside for your use.
• Peace and Quiet: Respect the peace and quiet of the villa, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please be careful not to disturb other occupants and neighbors.
• Cleaning: Our housekeeping team will take care of daily maintenance. If you have any specific requests, please let us know.
• Upon entering the villa, you will be asked to provide a security deposit of 1,000 euros by  cash, which will be returned to you on the day of checkout.

Cancellation Conditions:
In case of cancellation of the reservation, fees will be retained depending on the period between the cancellation dates:
More than 70 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total reservation amount
Between 69 and 60 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount
Between 59 and 42 days before the arrival date: full deposit
41 days before the arrival date: the entire stay remains due
In case of no-show: the entire stay remains due
Rental price per night: From 600 Euros
Tourist tax: (adults) 3 euros/person/night
Cook 30 euros/day (8 am to 5 pm)
