More than 70 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Between 69 and 60 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
Between 59 and 42 days before the arrival date: full amount of the deposit.
41 days before the arrival date: the entire stay remains due.
In case of no-show: the entire stay remains due.
Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount. No-show: 100% of the total booking amount is due to the agency.
